Shipping

FREE Shipping on order over $150 within Australia. A flat rate of $9.95 applies for shipping within Australia for orders under $150.00. 

$15 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.

We aim to ship within 3 business days, unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.  If you live in a regional area, please allow an extra few days for delivery.

Basic State will re-send a parcel that is incorrectly labelled by us.  We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are provided incorrect or incomplete.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit.  Please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived.

Once placed, we are unable to cancel or amend an order.
