A flat rate of $9.95 applies for shipping within Australia for orders under $150.00.
Free Shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.
Standard orders placed Monday - Friday (excl Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. If you live in a regional area, please allow an extra few days for delivery.
Basic State will re-send a parcel that is incorrectly labelled by us. We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are provided incorrectly or incomplete.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived.

Please be aware we are not responsible for duty or tax incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items or on gift cards.
All items must be returned unworn, with no damage to the item, packaging or tags (no tan, make up stains etc). If item(s) are deemed to be worn, we will refuse your return the the cost to ship item(s) back to you, will be at your expense.
Returns and exchanges must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order. The cost of the return is at your expense.
We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item(s), less any shipping costs incurred when the goods were purchased.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Christmas & New Year Shipping
Our office & warehouse will be closed from Wednesday the 23rd of December and re-opening on Monday the 11th of January. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched from the 11th of January.
Any returns received whilst we are closed, will be processed as soon as possible, when we return on the 11th of January. Please allow an extra 5-10 business days. Returns will be processed in the order they are received
Damaged or Faulty Items
We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.
Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
