When will my order ship?

We aim to ship within 3 business days, unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.  If you live in a regional area, please allow an extra few days for delivery. 

 

How do I return an item?

Simply download the returns request form here and be sure to include it with your return.
Please note, items purchased on sale or during a sales period are able to be returned for a store credit only. Final clearance items are not able to be returned.

 

I've been issued a store credit, what now?

Log in to your customer account by clicking here.
To apply your store credit, simply select 'APPLY STORE CREDIT' when selecting the payment method at checkout.

 

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
